GET IN TOUCH
Let's talk about what you are trying to solve.
We work with a select number of clients at any given time. A 30-minute discovery call costs nothing, and it will tell us both whether there is a fit worth exploring.
Send us a message
We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days. The more context you give us, the more useful our response will be.
What to expect from a discovery call
The discovery call is a conversation, and not a pitch. We want to understand your challenge:
- what you are trying to solve,
- what you have already tried, and
- what success looks like for you.
You will leave with a clearer sense of whether YottaVate is the right fit, and we will leave knowing whether we can genuinely help.
If there is not a fit, we will tell you that too. We would rather give you an honest answer than waste our time and yours.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How much do YottaVate's services cost?
It depends on the scope and engagement type. We work on project-based fees, monthly retainers, and for some engagements, success-linked structures. Retainer engagements typically run from R25,000 to R80,000 per month. Project-based engagements from R45,000 for a focused strategy sprint to R400,000 and above for a full transformation programme. We price for value, not by the hour, and we are always transparent about what you are getting for your investment.
Do you work with startups, or only established businesses?
Both. Our primary market is SMEs, businesses in the 20 to 500-employee range that have outgrown their basic systems and need structured support. But we also work with startups where the challenge is complex enough to warrant the engagement, and with larger corporates and government entities where the scope fits our capabilities.
Do you work in Zimbabwe as well as South Africa?
Yes. We are actively building our Zimbabwe presence, with local relationships, not just a registered address. If you are in Zimbabwe, we would particularly like to hear from you. There is significant demand and a thin supply of quality consulting in that market, and we are deliberately investing in it.
What makes YottaVate different from other consulting firms?
Three things, honestly. First, our founder's Engineering background — the actual systems thinking that underpins how we approach problems — combined with an MBA in Digital Transformation. Second, we implement. We do not write the strategy and hand you the document. We stay through the hard parts of implementation. Third, we are small on purpose. The people who convince you we are the right company are the people who do the work.
What is the typical timeline for a consulting engagement?
It depends on the scope. A focused diagnostic (Digital Maturity Assessment or AI Readiness Assessment) typically takes two to four weeks. A strategy sprint lasts 6 to 8 weeks. A full digital transformation programme can take 3 to 18 months. We always set a clear timeline in the proposal and flag client-side dependencies upfront.
